ਸਰਕਾਰ ਏ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਛਤਰ ਛਾਇਆ ਹੇਠ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਇਕ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਗੋਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਠਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਤੇ ਸਾਰਥਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਕੌਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਯਤਨ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਓਟ ਆਸਰੇ ਉਲੀਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
The Sarkar-e-Khalsa is an initiative undertaken by the Khalsa Panth under the divine auspices of Sri Akal Takht Sahib. It is an effort to embody the principle that the Guru’s treasury is meant to serve the needy properly and meaningfully implementing the concept of Dasvandh, by organizing and coordinating various institutions engaged in relief Sewa (voluntary service) and utilizing it for essential services needed for the future of the Panth. This initiative has been envisioned under the shelter and guidance of Guru Sahib.
